The Lab.
Where I break things on purpose.

This is my playground. Small experiments with AI, physics, graphics and sound, built to answer one question: what if?

Some turn into real products. Most just teach me something. All of them have to feel good and run smoothly, even on a cheap phone.

01—what happens here

AI, hands-on

LLMs, RAG, agents and generative UI. Small tools that answer one question well, built to see where AI actually helps.

Physics & feel

Soft bodies, springs and gestures. Interfaces that wobble, stretch and react the way real things do.

Graphics & sound

WebGL, Canvas and WebAudio. Pixels and noise, generated in the browser instead of loaded from a server.

Fast on cheap phones

Every experiment has to run smoothly on a budget phone, not just on my laptop. Performance is part of the experiment.

Jelly Pro Max

A phone set in gelatin. Stretch it, slice it, flip it.

A soft-body jelly phone on a cutting mat. Hold it and it stretches, draw any path and it cuts, loop a path and a piece falls out. Flip a piece to find a lock screen showing your local time.

AI experiments are next

Agent UIs, streaming interfaces and small LLM-powered tools. They will show up here as they are ready.

Got a weird idea I should try?
The stranger the better. I'm always looking for the next experiment.
